I have not be able to emerge sys-kernel/gentoo-sources-2.4.28-r7 for a long time now.

When I try to do so, I have this error:

 * Applying 04-01.GRSecurity-2.0.2.patch (-p0+)...
patch: pch.c:614: intuit_diff_type: Assertion `i0 != NONE' failed.        [ !! ]
 * Please attach /var/tmp/portage/gentoo-sources-2.4.28-r7/temp/04-01.GRSecurity-2.0.2.err to any bug you may post.

I can emerge (and have emerged) several other packages, but this one does not work.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
no specials steps. just emerge the package, it does not work.

I have tried to remove the files in /usr/portage/distfiles to force the "re-download", I have tried a different mirror in case my mirror is not sync.



uname -a gives:

Linux cobra 2.4.26-gentoo-r9 #10 mar f
