This package uses variables banned in some scopes. This may stop working in future versions of Portage.

    sci-libs/linux-gpib: update EAPI 6 -> 8, enable py3.{10,11}
    - Removed ED form compile phase
    - Fixed python install, we need --root not --prefix
    - Fixed Access Denied when installing perl stuff
