update of bidwatcher failed due to missing dependencies

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. have old version of curl installed (<=curl-7.11.0 )
2. emerge =bidwatcher-1.3.17
3.

Actual Results:  
emerge stops in the .configure stage, complaining about old version of libcurl 

Expected Results:  
emerging bidwatcher  ;-)

can be fixed by
changing DEPEND in /usr/portage/net-misc/bidwatcher/bidwatcher-1.3.17.ebuild to

DEPEND="virtual/libc
        =x11-libs/gtk+-1.2*
        =dev-libs/glib-1.2*
        >=net-misc/curl-7.11.1"
