rebuilding packages to update to python 3.10, came across one package still using python 3.9 as the highest "single target" option. Reproducible: Always Expected Results: ebuild use flag allows PYTHON_SINGLE_TARGET="python3_10"

Many packages still lack py310 support. See also tracker bug 823185 (no talking please).
