Task Manager widget are showing tooltips with scrollbars, cropping text within.
For already started applications the widget shows correct window preview most times, but scrollbars can appear even with window preview if its bear some controls.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Hover with mouse above the applications icons.

Actual Results:  
Tooltips or window preview with scrollbars.

Expected Results:  
Well fitted tooltips or window preview.

Same issue at 2 computers.
Both were restarted not once.

The issue seems solved in 5.23.4.
