Probably after glibc update (but I don't know exactly) I started getting ``` [84029:1115/174134.802617:FATAL:gpu_data_manager_impl_private.cc(415)] GPU process isn't usable. Goodbye. ``` on start. Just tried to download the most recent version (rpm) from slack.com, unpacked to a temporary directory and started w/o problem. So I guess the fix should be simple enough like updating the slack package to version 4.21.1 Reproducible: Always
Renaming the ebuild to 4.21.1 works for me. I am not sure what downloads.slack-edge.com is, but it does not have the required deb at this time.
Created attachment 751341 [details, diff] slack-4.21.1.ebuild.patch Ebuild patch for the new binary location.
Vladimir - okay if I bump this package?
(In reply to Jason A. Donenfeld from comment #3) > Vladimir - okay if I bump this package? I'd go ahead, it's a critical issue and we can't fix it any other way downstream anyway.
