Hello, 

Please bump app-vim/fugitive form version 3.2 to 3.4. It will fix the error : 
>Error detected while processing /usr/share/vim/vimfiles/plugin/fugitive.vim:
>line  450: E1208: -complete used without allowing argumentsline  451: E1208: ->complete used without allowing argumentsPress ENTER or type command to continue
that is displayed at vim startup when app-fugitive is enabled.

No change needed to ebuild itself, I only had to rename it.
I tested OK on ~amd64.

Confirming, same here and the bump fixes it.
