I tried to compile ufed which uses dialog-1.0-20040731... but portage was not able to download it from any debian repositories. After investigations, I noticed that dialog-1.0 was updated to a new version on *most* of the debian repositories mirrors to a 2005XXXX version and the 20040731 version was removed from them.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge -C dialog
2. emerge dialog



Expected Results:  
Should have downloaded the 2005XXXX version of dialog-1.0, compiled it, and
merged it.
