Discovered on: amd64 (internal ref: ci)

I can't see how this could have happened. Your build shows -DRTTR_REVISION= but the ebuild has -DRTTR_REVISION="${COMMIT}" with COMMIT set to a static value above. It's working for me.

I'll call this a duplicate of bug 789537 because we never got the answers we needed over there.
