Zprod-manager should determine products dependencies and request for automatic dependencies installation (similar to portage).

yes - that would be definitely nice :) but not realistic to include this feature to gentoo. it makes sense to include this functionality to zope / plone quickinstaller.
however if you'd like to work on this - patches accepted :)
