Build log and emerge --info mariadb

The latest stable version of dev-db/mariadb 10.5.10-r2 is producing a 404 error whilst the 10.5.12 version does not produce a 404 error.

Well, the file is on Gentoo mirrors. Please check your GENTOO_MIRRORS setting. But I'll re-add mariadb mirrors.
