To fix bug #807256: @ppc: Is it possible to stabilise gnome-base/librsvg-2.50.7. I know it only recently got keywords. @gnome: Is it possible to get gnome-base/librsvg-2.50.7 keyworded on sparc and mask the lua-rsvg USE flag for conky in the meantime?

I know what's the reason. I just wanted to know if it is feasible to get the proper keywords. Now that there probably wont be keywords for sparc the only way is to mask the use flag on sparc. The same goes for ppc until there are stable keywords. I can add the entries to powerpc/ppc32/package.use.mask and sparc/package.use.mask myself if nobody objects.
