Bug 796605 – [Motion passed] Update Bylaws Section 3.1. Place of Meetings

Section 3.1. says:

"Meetings of the members shall be held electronically in the manner specified by the Secretary in the meeting calling notice. Normally in #gentoo-trustees on irc.freenode.net"

This should either be updated to reflect the new location of our IRC presence, or the last sentence should be dropped.

In case the sentence was dropped, probably Section 3.4. (Notice) should be updated too, which says (last sentence of first paragraph):

"Notices will be posted on appropriate mailing lists and in the /topic of the IRC channel to be used for the meeting."

I am not allowed to edit the Foundation name space in the wiki. My understanding was that antarus would update the page as he has proposed in attachment 716748 [details].
