The attached file is an update to the older Valknut ebuild. Valknut is a p2p Direct Connect application for all platforms. The ebuilds are in net-p2p/valknut. The last ebuild was for version 0.3.3, this ebuild compiles 0.3.5. See http://dcgui.berlios.de/ (Valknut homepage) All I really did to write this ebuild was copy over what was already in net-p2p/valknut/valknut-0.3.3.ebuild and test it (functionally changed one line). A potential problem is that on line 17 of the original ebuild "~net-p2p/dclib-${PV}" is listed as a dependency. There is no net-p2p/dclib-0.3.3, so I have hardcoded the line to install the current version of dclib. Line 17 in valknut-0.3.5.ebuild reads "~net-p2p/dclib-0.3.3". This is my first ebuild so any feedback would be appreciated. Thanks everyone! -John Holden
