Please consider adding a useflag for openbox to have it enable the use of startup-notification.

SuperLag, what happened to adding yourself to commonbox and maintaining openbox?  If you're not going to follow through, you need to let us know.

Added support for startup notification. Keyworded ~ on all arches, for now.

ka0ttic, sorry man.  metadata.xml is straightened out.  I heard herds.xml wasn't necessary to edit though, so that is untouched.
