I found out that some of the binaries in the Citrix Workspace App tarball are not actually installed by Portage when emerging net-misc/icaclient.
I noticed it because util/storebrowse consistently logs an error about not being able to start UtilDaemon.
The bug has been referenced in the following commit(s):

Alessandro: Can you please check if 184.108.40.206 has all the required files and can make use of them?
The binaries are there in version 220.127.116.11.
Portage shows this QA notice though:
scanelf: rpath_security_checks(): Security problem with relative DT_RPATH '.:$ORIGIN/' in /var/tmp/portage/net-misc/icaclient-18.104.22.168/image/opt/Citrix/ICAClient/lib/libwebrpc.so
