New version of Ivman.
Features:
  * monitor HAL properties of devices
  * pass HAL properties into command strings
  * man pages
  * minor fixes / improvements

Not solely a version bump... also removed 'sudo' dependency (no longer
required...) and output some info at the end about configuration compatibility
with previous versions.
