It's been in the mm-sources kernel forever, and although that kernel works fine for me, binary drivers (ati) will not work due to new work on AGP. So I'm looking to move to a different kernel. Obviously I would rather go to a gentoo kernel (just because gentoo is so kewl!) but there is apparently no other kernels that support ReiserFS. The ReiserFS4 patch should be included anyways. It's proven itself over the last year, with very little in updates. (One I think). So it's stable. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.make menuconfig 2.turn on ReiserFS4 3.Can't !
On my last check, reiser4 still doesn't work with 4k stacks and still has apparently major issues on arches other than x86. It is not being considered right now, not until the upstream kernel developers are happy with it and these issues are ironed out. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 65977 ***
