every search returns no bugs. I guess you're all done. ;) In all seriousness, there isn't a easy way to search for all bugs related to one "app" or ebuild (that I could find.)
right now not really ... there is work on a new system for ebuilds, but until thats done i dont believe that bugzilla can be extended to support the arbitrary number of ebuilds that exist for now, try searching the headers and the comments for the program name
