uClibc is already in the tree. vapier@ is on the ball.

Note: with the release of 0.9.27 we moved from dev-libs/uclibc to sys-libs/uclibc

not to mention it really doesnt matter since most of our uclibc -r# releases were cvs snapshots ;)
