Tentatively blocking slibtool, it’s an slibtool env but unclear if build respected it at all (definitely didn’t fully - used bundled libtool)
Fails with -Werror=implicit-function-declaration for 'ap_hook_pre_connection' and no upstream activity since 2009. http://git.outoforder.cc/httpd/mod_log_sql This might be a candidate for removal?
