Yeah, we need to add xml to the Python rep. Easily done, will do it shortly.

Seems odd you turned it off though as it’s default ;)

Please share: emerge -p -uvDU @world output and emerge —-info.

setuptools already has:
>PYTHON_REQ_USE="xml(+)"

so your system is in an inconsistent state.
