New version of psi - test1. Soon there should shown up stable 0.9.3, but for now - there's allways a nice update :)

Attached ebuild is providing enhancements I proposed to the original psi ebuild ( http://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=75736 )

Added this one hardmasked (it is rc code). I have been running cvs snapshot for a few weeks to test the qca addition.
