Description Chris L. Mason 2004-12-22 11:49:20 UTC
It's working great:

   * net-news/pan-0.14.2.91
   Install date: Wed Dec 22 15:34:58 2004
   USE=" -nls -spell"
   CFLAGS="-O3 -mtune=970 -maltivec -mabi=altivec"

Note that the warning in the ebuild about needing to have glibc
compiled with the nls USE flag doesn't seem to be accurate. I
don't have it, and pan is working great (loaded all the groups,
tested downloading and decoding, all the text looked good, and
no crashes.)

   * sys-libs/glibc-2.3.4.20041102
   Install date: Fri Dec 10 15:38:20 2004
   USE="userlocales -nls -pic -build -nptl -nptlonly -erandom -hardened -multilib -debug -nomalloccheck"
   CFLAGS="-mtune=970 -O2 -freorder-blocks -O2"
