That was due to bug #753479 caused by upstream nonsense.

--sync and you should see dev-util/spirv-tools-2020.5_pre20201107

Thanks. I didn't pay close enough attention to the date when I checked to see if I was behind.

Taking a second look, I guess a subslot doesn't make a lot of sense since these libraries aren't versioned. These missing sublots have happened so frequently I don't pay much attention to the details any more.

Updating to dev-util/spirv-tools-2020.5_pre20201107 cleaned it up. Apologies for the noise.
