From: emerge-history.txt line number 1228 2020-10-09T18:52:09 >>> dev-lang/ocaml-4.09.0 3627 2020-10-13T19:17:23 >>> dev-ml/re-1.9.0 3823 2020-10-14T07:25:53 >>> dev-lang/ocaml-4.11.1 There is no ocaml-updater. I can not see any way that I can convince portage to rebuild dev-ml/re before its reverse dependency dev-ml/cinaps when dev-lang/ocaml is rebuilt to a new version of ocaml. I think fixing this bug requires either: 1) Fixing https://bugs.gentoo.org/625160 or 2) Someone to write an ocaml-updater program to rebuild all the effected ocaml packages when dev-lang/ocaml is upgraded, and for tinderboxes to run the ocaml-updater program.
dependency changed and the emerge sequence is now invalid
