Bug 74829 – cdrdao working on ppc64

I managed to get this working by doing the following:

# cd /var/tmp/portage/cdrdao-1.1.9/work/cdrdao-1.1.9/scsilib/RULES
# cp ppc-linux-cc.rul ppc64-linux-cc.rul

It then built and installed okay.  It seems to be working fine, as I was
able to successfully burn a vcd (bin/cue), and I verified it worked in
my DVD player.

As upstream doesn't include this patch I've added it portage.

Upstream finaly accepted the patch! :-)
