xine-lib-1.2.10.ebuild

The new version is out since 2019-12-13.
IUSE wayland added.
I use this new version since 2020-01-23 with vdr-sxfe (x11 client of vdr-xineliboutput-2.2.0...) without problems.
If installed with wayland support vdr-wlfe can be used.
