I don't use this package anymore and don't have a machine to easily test it.
Comment 6 Haroon Rafique 2005-01-07 08:03:06 UTC
In response to comment 4, I have been using cvsgraph 1.5.1 for about 2 weeks with no problems. Here's a link to a live cvsgraph/viewcvs generated page:

http://haroon.sis.utoronto.ca/viewcvs/rrd/rrd.cgi?view=graph

# epm -q cvsgraph graphviz
cvsgraph-1.5.1
graphviz-1.18

Note: I *DO* use graphviz-1.18.

during emerge i get this error:

checking for gd.h... no

** The GD library is required for CvsGraph to function.
Get it from http://www.boutell.com, compile it and
use either --with-gd-lib=DIR and --with-gd-inc=DIR to specify
its location. You might also have to use --with-z-inc, --with-z-lib
and --with-png-inc, --with-png-lib for gd versions 1.6 and higher.
Check config.log for more information on the problem. If your system
has libgd installed, you probably mis the gd.h header file.

cvsgraph need gd as dependency
add this to ebuild:

gd? (media-libs)

What use flags do you have enabled to get that error?
Comment 9 Jakub Moc (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2005-11-28 14:55:59 UTC
1.5.2 in portage, closing an obsolete bug.
