Ebuild for newest version of album

messed with the old ebuild for 3.05 to create this new one.  i added a new use
flag "movies" for this ebuild to reflect the fact that album actually needs
ffmpeg if you want thumbnails of movies along with your photos.

this was tested on three x86 systems i have around.  as this is a perl script, i
really think it ought just be made available under every platform, but for now i
made keywords="x86"

In cvs.
I am using "ffmpeg" instead of "movies" since a global USE flag already exists
for it.
