configure: error: Package requirements (libplist-2.0 >= 2.2.0) were not met:

No package 'libplist-2.0' found

Consider adjusting the PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment variable if you
installed software in a non-standard prefix.

Alternatively, you may set the environment variables libplist_CFLAGS
and libplist_LIBS to avoid the need to call pkg-config.
See the pkg-config man page for more details.

libplist now calls itself libplist-2.0. The entire libimobiledevice stack has been fixed upstream to reflect this change. This package was blindly version bumped without fixing the dependencies, OP's system still has the old libplist.

Fixed ebuild

Fixed dependencies to match what it says in configure.ac
