Your environment does not have GitHub Enterprise present, and it's not packaged in Gentoo (and won't be), so I don't see how you'd get a test pass.

The bug does not blame about test but about command not found:


    /bin/bash: line 1: pigz: command not found
    /bin/bash: line 1: unpigz: command not found
    /bin/bash: line 2: jq: command not found
    /bin/bash: line 3: parallel: command not found
    /bin/sh: systemctl: command not found
