Description Azamat H. Hackimov 2020-07-01 14:03:12 UTC
Seems app-admin/lsyncd already migrated from deprecated lua 5.0 functions, dev-lang/lua:0[deprecated] has no use.
Comment 1 Jeroen Roovers (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2020-07-01 16:09:03 UTC
Don't you mean >=app-admin/lsyncd-2.2.2?
Comment 2 Azamat H. Hackimov 2020-07-01 17:36:01 UTC
No, app-admin/lsyncd-2.2.3 depends on lua-5.2[deprecated], and this is another story. Maybe it can dropped too, but for now I can't validate it due lua-5.2 is masked.
Comment 3 Andreas Sturmlechner gentoo-dev 2021-02-14 20:17:03 UTC
2.2.3 is stable, maybe we can cleanup old?
Comment 4 Conrad Kostecki gentoo-dev 2021-03-26 08:55:10 UTC
I guess, we can closed here, as current version is 2.2.3 and all others are dropped. Also EAPI=6 is gone. It uses slotted lua, so it does not depend on dev-lang/lua:0[deprecated].
