the ethercodes.dat provided with this package is very, very old... This blogpost provides a script for downloading the current codes from IEEE. http://jhjessup.blogspot.com/2010/04/update-mac-address-manufacturer-tables.html (as mentioned in one of the comments: http://standards-oui.ieee.org/oui.txt contains now the current data) Maybe this script can be integrated, or fresh downloaded ethercodes can be integreated ....
