Update of dev-python/qtconsole fails due to missing dev-python/sphinx_rtd_theme when USE=doc is active.

Reproducible: Always

This seems no longer be an issue. The latest 5.0.1 builds with USE=doc, and 4.7.4 is no longer in the tree. I haven't however tried the stable 4.7.6 and 4.7.7 releases.
Closing it for now.
