I have not *yet* included this one in today's last-rites just in case someone would like to look into Debian's patches or find some new upstream.
If you don't want to do the work then I say we let it go. No point flogging this dead horse. Are those user stats usable yet? I've not looked into it yet but probably not been long enough anyhow.
