Ebuild for Qt Creator 4.8.2 has "autotools:autotoolsprojectmanager" in QTC_PLUGINS, but newer versions don't have it. Why was it removed? It is not removed by upstream
Steps to Reproduce:
autotools not present
I expect "autotools" to be available for all versions of qt-creator ebuilds
Bump was done by Jason so I'll CC him here.
