log of @preserved-rebuild

the binary package doesn't seem to be able to rework with libxkbcommon upgrading
it gives into an infinite loop with @preserved-rebuild cuz this is a binary-blob (wp nvidia)

current workaround: reinstall package instead of @preserved-rebuild

potential fix: @iamben mentioned to fix dependencies on libxkbcommon by adding 32bit api
