Bug 71283 – unable to emerge freeciv serveronly - freeciv ebuild patched

I was unable to emerge freeciv only as a server without redundant libraries.
I've patched the freeciv ebuilds so now it is possible. I've added the probalby new sdl USE flag. When USE flags looks like this: "-X -Xawd3d -gtk -gtk2 -gnome -kde -sdl" then only freeciv-server will be emerged. I'll attach my ebuilds for freeciv wich are using the new sdl flag as an option.

freeciv-1.14.2.ebuild patched with sdl flag as an option

 When sdl is not as an option 'emerge freeciv' emerges many redundant libraries
to run freeciv as a serveronly. This modification fixes it.

Use 2.0.1 with the dedicated flag.  No plans to add a 1.14 version with dedicated support.
