Are you trying to use the HTTP method in gaim? I'm pretty sure that is broken. Let me know for sure what you're trying to do.
Comment 2 spiffy 2004-11-29 11:33:11 UTC
How can i tell if im using the HTTP method?
Comment 3 Don Seiler (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2004-11-29 12:21:53 UTC
By default it won't. To try it (which shouldn't work anyway), edit your MSN account and click the "Show more options" and check "Enable HTTP method".

Haven't heard in two weeks. Hollar back if you still have problems.
Comment 5 spiffy 2004-12-13 12:46:18 UTC
Completely forgot, somehow the HTTP method was enabled.
