This package is blocking removing py2 from numpy&mpl.
For me it seems to be that the project is dead. The latest version 0.12 is from 2009 (!) and the project in general seemed to have been developed by a single person, namely Chris Mason from Oracle. The hg-repo[0] is gone. Maybe it's time for the last rites. [0]:https://oss.oracle.com/mercurial/mason/seekwatcher
I'll spend a day to fix it on https://github.com/trofi/seekwatcher and release a new version if succeed.
