The dev-libs/libffi-3.3_rc0 package installs header files into the /usr/lib/libffi-<version>/ (or /usr/lib64/libffi-<version>/ on an amd64 system), instead of usual standard location of /usr/include or /usr/include/libffi-3.3_rc0.


Reproducible: Always

Actual Results:  
Current layout on AMD64 system:

# ls -la /usr/lib64/libffi-3.3_rc0/include/
total 31
drwxr-xr-x 2 root root  3488 Nov  9 10:03 .
drwxr-xr-x 3 root root  3488 Sep 28 17:34 ..
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 13702 Nov  9 09:56 ffi.h
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root  4343 Nov  9 09:56 ffitarget.h

Expected Results:  
ffi.h and ffitarget.h are installed into /usr/include/libffi-3.3_rc0 or /usr/include directory.
