FireHOL 1.214 stable has been released. The only addition for the ebuild is that now FireHOL claims the directory /etc/firehol/services in which other ebuilds can place their own service definitions to be used by FireHOL. Additionally, FireHOL now needs the following external commands: 1. wget or curl (FireHOL will not complain if one of the is missing) 2. expr 3. head FireHOL finds the path of these commands automatically and it will refuse to run if one of them is missing. Also, FireHOL is gentoo ready (no patching is needed, except the special gentoo startup script [/etc/init.d/firehol] and the ebuild). Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce:
I have now added the new version. I made firehol depending on either wget or curl based on the comments in this Bug and also let the build create the new services-directory. Also the init-script was fixed to pass the parameters in the correct order (first config-file and then "start").
