Nope, at least not in what's in SRC_URI. But I suppose maintainers may know more, if there are any.
Basically, clauses 2 and 3 are BSD-like, and for binaries there are clauses 4 and 5 in addition which (try to) prohibit reverse engineering. I think we can add it to @BINARY-REDISTRIBUTABLE because redistribution is allowed by clause 2, but clauses 4 and 5 make it non-free. Disclaimer: IANAL, TINLA.
