The plan was to just get to 1.16 asap, but that has taken months to materialize, so I've finally indeed bumped to 1.14.5 at least, as that's mostly late night minimal brain effort and waiting on script runs.
gst-plugins-ugly, gst-python and some others weren't done, as those didn't change compared to what we already had, just the version number really.
