Package =dev-tex/xcolor-2.12-r1 with 'doc' use flag fails to install. Generation of documentation is bugged. There is no bug without the 'doc' use flag.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
USE=doc emerge -1 =dev-tex/xcolor-2.12-r1

this should be installed via texlive nowadays. I think we should tree clean this package.
Any comments?

This may make sense for two reasons:

1.) xcolor upstream ceased active development, so there is unlikely a posibility of bleeding edge changes being added between texlive releases (last release in 2016)

2.) we are the only one who ship xcolor separately still, other distros just ship it as a part of the texlive-latexrecommended collection
