Since many packages now support the python_targets_python3_7 flag, qutebrowser should be able to follow suit. It would allow me to disable python_targets_python3_6 globally and replace it with python_targets_python3_7.

Hello,
We just upgraded qutebrowser and it now support python3.7

Please test the new version and reopen if the issue still occur.
