As discussed in upstream issue https://github.com/apple/cups/issues/5562 cups-2.2.11 release dropped support for Emulators keyword.
This caused regression for older Samsung PPD drivers which I can confirm with my ML-1860 printer.

Upstream branch-2.2 has workaround for this regression https://github.com/apple/cups/commit/8829edfef0d496677a94b0c1b2f08f8e407af444

Please add this workaround as patch to cups-2.2.11 package until upstream 2.2.12 is released. I tested such a change locally and I confirm this fixes my Samsung ML-1860 with cups-2.2.11
