If I switch from my current profile
default/linux/amd64/17.0/desktop
to
default/linux/amd64/17.1/desktop
and try to migrate as written in news item, I get error 

chongsheng ~ # eselect profile set 20
chongsheng ~ # emerge -1v app-portage/unsymlink-lib

Error is for any package I try to emerge
