Sway 1.1 depends on swaybg, this includes the currently available Sway 1.1 RC1. swaybg, however, depends (RDEPEND) on <=gui-wm/sway-1.1 which doesn't exist, and thus makes sway-1.1_rc1 unmergeable.

swaybg should RDEPEND on >=gui-wm/sway-1.1
